Empowerment Living Services

Empowerment Living Services owns/manages homes throughout Winnebago County.   All of our homes are licensed through either the State of Wisconsin or through our contracting agencies.  All of our homes offer single occupancy rooms, 24 hour staff supervision, daily meals and snacks.  ELS also offers transportation for our clients to events within the community, work, and school.  ELS works with clients and their guardians in order to move their loved ones into a home that suits their needs.  Our staff try to create a home environment that mirrors a family-like setting.
